We are delighted to announce that our S.5 students received the Bronze Award in the Disaster Resilient Architecture Planning and Design Charrette organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. The Design Charrette will be held in 2 parts: (1) Disaster Knowledge and Design Seminar with sharing on Disaster Risk Evaluation, Placemaking and Engagement, and (2) Planning and Design Charrette in which participants are expected to design a preset scenario for Disaster Resilient Architecture, with the guidance of architect volunteers. By participating in the Charrette, our students not only enhance their academic learning but also emerge as responsible global citizens equipped to make a positive impact in the world.
