The 13th Maths Arena successfully concluded at the CDG campus on 2nd July 2026. Organised by our S.4 student committee, the competition attracted 13 teams comprising over 50 teachers and students from seven primary schools in the Sai Kung District, including Po Leung Kuk Wong Wing Shu Primary School, Tseung Kwan O Catholic Primary School, Yan Oi Tong Tin Ka Ping Primary School, SKH Kei Tak Primary School, Hong Kong and Macau Lutheran Church Ming Tao Primary School, C&MA Sun Kei Primary School, and Po Leung Kuk Luk Hing Too Primary School.

The participating students gave their best efforts, performed excellently, and achieved outstanding results. Among them, Po Leung Kuk Luk Hing Too Primary School Team 1 was crowned champion, while Yan Oi Tong Tin Ka Ping Primary School Teams 1 and 2 won the first runner-up and second runner-up respectively.

The maths games and challenges allowed students to experience mathematics as something fun and relevant to daily life. At the same time, our student committee gained practical experience in planning and running an event, building valuable skills in organisation and problem-solving.

It was a fantastic day of laughter and learning. Thank you to everyone who made this year’s event a resounding success, and congratulations to all participants and winning teams! We look forward to welcoming even more young mathematicians next year!
