Our S.3 to S.5 students participated in the "Ingenuity" Territory-wide Youth Jewellery making and Watchmaking Competition 2026 (Secondary School Division). The event was co-organised by the Jewellery and Timepiece Industry Training Board of the Vocational Training Council (VTC), the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI), Youth College, the Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Jewellery), and the Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Precision Engineering).

A total of 15 students from our school were shortlisted for the finals of the watchmaking category. And a total of 24 students from our school were shortlisted for the finals of the jewellery category. Through this competition, they not only experienced the joy of watchmaking and jewellery making but also deepened their understanding of the timepiece and jewellery industry. Upon completing the competition, students were even gifted the wristwatches they had crafted with their own hands as a memento—a unique experience that they will all truly cherish.
