Admission of Secondary One Students

Secondary One students are admitted through Central Allocation and by application according to the EDB Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System. Secondary One applicants must attend an interview for admission.

Admission Criterion Weighting
Academic achievement (based on the Rank Order List provided by EDB and school academic results in P.4, P.5 and P.6 50%
Conduct (grade B or above), participation and achievements in extra-curricular activities and community services 10%
Internal and external awards 10%
Performance in individual interview (English and Chinese proficiency, personality, attitudes, thinking skills, value judgment, etc.) 30%


Admission of Secondary Two to Four Students

Suitable transfer pupils may be admitted when vacancies arise.

Application Period: 3 June to 21 June



The following documents should be submitted to School by hand or by post:

1. An application letter

2. Copies of annual school reports of recent 3 years

3. Any other pertinent information to the application (e.g. recommendation letter(s), copy of certificates, etc.)

Applicants should consider their application as unsuccessful if they do not hear from the School by 12 July. Parents are advised not to phone the school.


Test and Interview

Shortlisted applicants will be notified to sit for a written test and an interview held in late June.
