This school year's first English Speaking Activity Day, which took place on November 6, 2019, started off with a boom, with a number of students participating in our tailor-made games in English. A total of 7 game booths were set up, welcoming all students to partake and sharpen their English skills.

This year’s theme was Myths and Legends. Nobody fully knows the truth behind the Pyramids, the Easter Island Moai or even the Stonehenge. The first ESAD’s activities brought our students through time and space to explore available facts about these artefacts and the mysteries behind them.

Students got to try various puzzles, dart games, matching clues and even testing their sense of touch by identifying objects purely with their hands. Students were able to enjoy all these activities in English while learning about what human minds and hands were capable of creating centuries ago, even before machines were invented.

At the end of the day, everyone had the opportunity to take something home, be it knowledge and experience or prizes for participating in the booths.
